Fincastle Golf shop sold counterfeit golf clubs Ok with eBay
Purchased a set of Taylormade R7 irons from ebay and Fincastle Golf Shop Fincastle Golf and Country Club Bluefield, VA. Was not able to confirm through Taylormade that the sorry clubs were counterfeit until after the 45 day limit and eBay and PayPal says pack sand we are out of it, eBay supports the sale of counterfeit golf equipment and has for a long time, In 2008 eBay was notified of many counterfeit sales and arrest but they are like dealing with China.|||You waited longer than 45 days and you equate this with a company being OK with counterfeits?|||Report to the manufacturer.~ Lucy ~ Guide to eBay Board AcronymsClick on for links to Help Pages for a new eBayer|||You have allowed the situation to happen. Had you filed and provided proof of the counterfeit in a timely manner, you woud have received a full refund from either Ebay OR Paypal. That response can be removed.|||first eBay didn't sell you anything . they aren't involved at all in this type of action. you can sue the seller , you'd not gain anything in most cases , but that's your only outlet now that you let the time limits pass.|||Actually another buyer who was taken in with no way to know if counterfeit until observed by a retailer too late for ebay to act. You have yto be a Pro or a dealer to know that, so I guess everything sold on eBay should immediately be taken in for inspection by the manufacturer. Huh, I can't hear you!|||Isn't it possible that the seller did not know they were counterfiet? Unlikely I know, but it can happen. There was no mention of contacting the seller and the response. Any seller that wants to stay selling would want to be aware of customer reactions. But they have to be told. No?

What? I don't think that this is fair enough.. What if the seller would say that these clubs are authentic, and at the end of the day they aren't? Not so secure..
