Misleading listing

I just asked a seller to send me a cancel transaction request, and they complied. I also reported the listing. The listing was for fragrance samples, and showed 12 different photos of the items. ( 370393482436 ) I won the auction, but something seemed a bit odd. I sent a question asking exactly how many items were in this auction. They replied 1, no comment, no explanation, just 1. This is a Top-Rated Seller with 1000's of feedback. I can't imagine using such tactics to mislead buyers into thinking they would be getting many samples. I should have been more careful, I know, but what about those really new buyers who would have paid, and then been very angry after receiving only a single sample ?|||I read the description, it did not imply that there was more than one. Those photos was of different items that the sellers has. Probably should not have that, it obviously confuses some people out there. Were the pics confusing? Perhaps. Was the description confusing? Sizes, Fragrances, now can you see ?||||||Why the angst? Seller agreed to cancel (even tho they didn't have to). Auction might be a tad confusing to those who don't bother to read it all ... But seller did nothing wrong here. Frankly, you should have paid for your "item". Someone pass me an explanation and a Tanq on the rocks please ...||||||OP you need to buy your products in person....this isn't going to work for you. Seller was clear. You were wrong.|||As a buyer you need to be proactive in preventing any mistakes by reading the entire tos. Yes these photos, IMO, should not be there but other than that if you had read the TOS you would of known you were getting 1 and if not sure you should of sent the seller a message. As a buyer YOU are responsible for your bidding habits and when you find a listing that is confusing, ASQ or hit the back button.This is a posting ID to help fight against AI or RLI.
