Internal only iphone apps? ...

Hi there,

we are interested in developing some iphone apps for our team.

These apps would be our intellectual property and will never go onto the app store.

Is it possible for us to develop our own apps and install them on our iphones without having to have them approved by Apple, without Apple ever being involved in approving our users, the apps or anything like that?

We don't want these people to be 'testers' these are end users.
