Seller opened a Cancel transaction case for and item i won "Buy it Know"

I bought a motorcycle helmet yesterday and made the payment immediately using PayPal today I recived an email of the seller canceling my transaction because he list the buy it know price wrong $100 dlls less now he modify the auction but with a buy it know price $100 dlls fix. What can I do? accept the cancellation? or reject canceling and ask him to fulfill the sale.|||There is no way to force the seller to ship to you. If you reject the cancellation notice the seller will not get fees refunded, and I think you will then also retain your right to leave feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings. You can file reports on the seller: Non Performing Seller report .. Link Reserve Fee Avoidance report .. Link~ Lucy ~ Guide to eBay Board AcronymsClick on for links to Help Pages for a new eBayer|||||||||If the helmet is worth $265, and you really think he made a mistake at $165, do you really want to punish him for an honest mistake? Do you really want to make this guy eat $100 for a simple error? If it were an auction and you wanted to pay $165 but you accidentally bid $265 and won, and you told the seller you accidentally entered the wrong bid, and the seller said "Too bad, pay up", what type of names would you call him?|||||||||You are entitled to your merchandise at the BIN price the seller had listed. It is the seller's responsibility to check his listings for accuracy. However, you cannot force a seller to ship. Do what Lucy has told you to do in post #1. Do NOT accept the cancellation.|||Reject the request. No reason to reward a seller with their Ebay final Value Fees, for making an error, not checking their auction before launch and not completing the transaction. You can and should also file the Ebay Non Performing Seller (NPS ) here Link Had the seller gotten what they wanted for the item, they would be expecting the buyer to uphold their bid with payment Also leave apropriate NEgative feedback as follows: "Won auction ,paid, seller refuses to complete transaction. Buyers Beware" The Neg, NPS report and loss of their Final Value Fees will educate the seller to double check their listings before launch and follow the rules.|||The rate of sellers not using a reserve, then not getting what they want for the item , not checking their auctions before launch and not completing transactions is just getting ridiculous. Buyers are expecting to follow thru with payment and seller's also need to know and follow the rules.||||||
